Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan: Georgia

Effective July 1, 2010, if you have been denied insurance coverage due to pre-existing conditions, coverage may be available through the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan Georgia offers. There are some eligibility requirements.
